Cornerstone Care

 

Cornerstone Care is a non-profit network of community health centers and practices serving primarily rural communities throughout southwestern Pennsylvania.  Our mission is to improve the health of our patients and all the residents of the communities we serve.  Cornerstone Care continually strives to mobilize resources in response to unmet community needs and to provide a comprehensive range of services including health education, social services, counseling and a variety of specialists as well as preventative and primary health care spanning medical, dental, and mental health.  Currently, our organization operates eight locations serving the three-county region of Washington, Greene and Fayette.

We provide care regardless of a person’s ability to pay and offer discounts for low-income insured persons on a sliding fee scale based on family income.  We do not turn anyone away for the lack of ability to pay.

 

Cornerstone Care will soon be able to accept donations online so that you can help a family or child in need of health and dental care.
